XL Plastering has a field staff of over 100 employees, many of them having over 20 years of industry experience. We work parallel with job superintendents enabling us to streamline production for a more efficient workflow. This allows us to meet more demanding timelines for our clients.

Our Estimating Team with over 35 years experience, utilizing the latest software, provide accurate proposals for custom homes, commercial building and shopping centers.

One of the most important aspects of our company is its policy development on risk management. In this new age, litigation has been a burden for all companies. XL Plastering is defining new ways to protect its clients and itself through information documentation, safety compliance program and inspection of our production throughout the construction phase.
